How does TEXAS fit into this?
There's a cross-over between the "A" in both models. Having used IDEA, you may already have completed some elements of TEXAS.
Once we've used the IDEA tool, we're likely going to need to record this information in our systems. It's at this point that we'd use the TEXAS model.
