We can provide support to anyone who has a problem with their hearing by;

  • Set 'tasks' as urgent to find out quickly if additional funds are available
  • Provide regular updates
  • Provide signposting to obtain a basic bank account
  • Refer to underwriting to see if can lend additional funds
  • Signpost to where customer may able to get financial help
  • Pre-population of any forms we require completing
  • Speak to your manager or VC champ about making a faster payment
  • Speak with the current or new provider to see what can be done to speed things up (consider asking for a same day payment where possible)
