Responding to our customers needs
We can provide support to anyone who has a problem with their hearing by;
- Set 'tasks' as urgent to find out quickly if additional funds are available
- Provide regular updates
- Provide signposting to obtain a basic bank account
- Refer to underwriting to see if can lend additional funds
- Signpost to where customer may able to get financial help
- Pre-population of any forms we require completing
- Speak to your manager or VC champ about making a faster payment
- Speak with the current or new provider to see what can be done to speed things up (consider asking for a same day payment where possible)
