What are the alternatives?
Increasing the font size of our letter or documents will also increase the number of pages there are. This might make the document a little overwhelming or difficult for our customers to store copies.
Before we produce a large font letter or document, we should check with our customers if an email would be a better alternative. They will be able to zoom in on what they need to read.
It means customers who need large font will receive the same document with the same format, and experience a similar outcome to customers who don't need large format.
