Responding to our customers needs
We can provide support to anyone who has a problem with their hearing by;
- Use loud speaker and / or get a third party to help relay things
- Turn up phone volume / reduce noise around them
- Break up phones calls into bitesize chunks
- Offer a video call via Teams (need help?)
- Nominate a third person / power of attorney to handle enquiry
- Offer to communicate in writing
- Relay UK (information and guidance here)
- Seek options for alternative DPA options if unable to complete by telephone
