Responding to our customers needs

We can provide support to anyone who has a problem with their hearing by;

  • Use loud speaker and / or get a third party to help relay things
  • Turn up phone volume / reduce noise around them
  • Break up phones calls into bitesize chunks
  • Offer a video call via Teams (need help?)
  • Nominate a third person / power of attorney to handle enquiry
  • Offer to communicate in writing
  • Relay UK (information and guidance here)
  • Seek options for alternative DPA options if unable to complete by telephone
