We can provide support to anyone who has a problem with their hearing by;
- Empathise
- Listen
- Be patient
- Offer to arrange times to call around appointments or medications
- Let them know they can nominate a person to speak on their behalf
- Ask whether they have a power of attorney, or have they though of applying for one
- Conditions can fluctuate over time so always check-in and see how they're feeling
- Pre-population of any forms we require completing
