Responding to our customers needs

We can provide support to anyone who has a problem with their hearing by;

  • Empathise
  • Listen
  • Be patient
  • Offer to arrange times to call around appointments or medications
  • Let them know they can nominate a person to speak on their behalf
  • Ask whether they have a power of attorney, or have they though of applying for one
  • Conditions can fluctuate over time so always check-in and see how they're feeling
  • Pre-population of any forms we require completing
