  • Offer to communicate by email, or, an alternative method
  • Nominate a third person or power of attorney to handle enquiry
  • Manage emotional responses by using positive language
  • Offer to put things in writing
  • Offer to send a reminder where applicable
  • Pre-population of any forms we require completing
