Previously known as TypeTalk, TeleTalk or Text Talk, Relay UK was launched by BT in 2014 for UK users.
Anyone can use Relay UK. It's a free service designed for people, with little or no hearing, or speech, to communicate over the phone.
By using Relay UK our customers with different hearing or speech needs can access our services and get good outcomes.
