Receiving an inbound call
A Relay Assistant will tell us who they are at the beginning of a call.
Our customer may choose to speak to us directly or, type what they want to say to a Relay Assistant, who'll then speak to us.
In both scenarios, the Relay Assistant will type our response to our customer for them to read.
Every other aspect of the call will be the same as any other call we have with our customers.
