Making an outbound call
If our customer has already given us their TextNumber to contact them on, we'll automatically connect to Relay UK when we dial out.
These numbers start as;
- 07777 - if someone is using the app
- 03306 if someone is using a textphone, computer or landline
If a customer doesn't have, or hasn't given, a TextNumber, we can dial 18002 in front of our customers full telephone number. For example, 18002 01737 233206.
If you're unsure, dial 0870 240 5152. All you need is the name and telephone number of the person you wish to speak to and a Relay Assistant will help us connect.
