How it works
Our customers will either be typing or talking through the app, a text device or their telephone.
They may choose to speak to us directly and rely on a Relay Assistant to type our responses back to them.
Other customers may choose to type what they say to a Relay Assistant, who then talks to us. The Relay Assistant will type all of our responses back to the customer.
It's important to remember that a Relay Assistant will reiterate every word we and our customers use, with no exceptions.
